Minorca - Menorca Resorts

Minorca - Menorca has some beautiful resorts to choose from. Within all the tourist resorts you will find many different bars, nightclubs and restaurants and most of the resorts will have beaches and water sports available. Because Minorca does not relay on tourism to survive you will find a lot of old town's with in the Island.



Mahon - is the capital of Menorca and is also home to the airport in Menorca. Mahon has the second largest natural harbour in the whole of the world. The harbour though the day is a place for you to relax but by night, the harbour become a great night out full of entertainment. There are many different bars and restaurants to suit all the needs of tourist within the harbour. Mahon is also a great place for shopping along the pedestrians streets, these will include designer clothes boutiques, leather, pottery and bakeries.

Fornells - is a small fishing village located towards the north if the Island. It's a windy resorts and perfect for all kinds of water sports. Fornells is also very famous for it's fish restaurants and is not to be missed.

San Tomeu - is the most exclusive residential area found in Menorca. It is an private estate set in an acre of land with many large and gracious houses. The nearest village to San Tomeu is San Clemente which has a small selection of shops, restaurants and bars.

Cuidadela - is the former capital of the Menorca. It has a cathedral which dates back to the 14th century. The port in Cuidadela is one of the smallest in the Mediterranean but is overlooked by some wonderful restaurants and bars. From the main square you will find one of the best view of the harbour. Within the main square you will also find the Town Hall which used to be a fortress. The town is typically old fashioned and traditional with narrow streets and Moorish architecture.
